This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to how Synthesis Consulting Group UAB, company code 304229686 (“Synthesis”, “we”, “us” or “our”), incorporated and existing under the law of the Republic of Lithuania, collects, stores, shares, and uses information provided by you (“you”, “your” or “yours”). By registering on our website or downloading our reports, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, including its future amendments. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to this Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole absolute discretion. All amended Privacy Policies become effective immediately on the date they are posted to our website unless otherwise stated.

  1. Data we collect
    1. By downloading our reports, you agree that we obtain your personal data. Such personal data („Data“) may include: name and surname, email, organization name, field of your work, or other information.
  2. Use of data. Purposes of proccesing
    1. We process Data based on your consent and for the purposes of our legitimate interests. In general, Data processing is based on your consent. There may be occasions where we or a third party have legitimate interests in carrying on, managing and administrating our respective businesses effectively and properly and in connection with those interests process your Data.
    2. In processing Data, we act as a data controller. "Processing" means doing anything with Data. For example, it includes collecting it, holding it, disclosing it and deleting it.
    3. We may use Data for direct marketing. We may from time to time send you emails with invitations to events, information about our services, and other information related to our business activities. If we have relied on consent as a ground for processing, you may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from the mailing list or sending us an email with a request to withdraw consent or delete your data to hello@anatomy-people.com. If you withdraw your consent, your request will be processed within no more than 30 working days. If you withdraw consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of what we have done before you withdrawal of consent.
    4. We use sub-processors who process Data on our behalf and send emails to you.
  3. Your personal data rights
    1. We try to be as open as we reasonably can about the Data we process. If you would like specific information about how your Data is processed, just ask us.
    2. You have the right to make a subject access request to receive information about your Data that we process. If you exercise this right and we hold Data about you, we are required to provide you with information about your Data that we store and process. If you make a subject access request and there is any question about who you are, we may require you to provide additional information from which we can determine your identity conclusively.
    3. Besides your subject access right, you may have the legal right to have your personal Data rectified or erased, to object to its processing, to restrict its processing, or to transmit it to another data controller.
    4. In order to provide your data and/or download our reports, you must be 16 years of age or older.
    5. If you have complaints related to our processing of Data, you should raise these with us in the first instance. You may also raise complaints with the State Data Protection Inspectorate who is the personal data supervisory authority of the Republic of Lithuania.
  4. Transfer of data
    1. We may transfer or disclose Data to other companies within our group, to affiliates, divisions, employees, as well as sub-contractors and suppliers, subject to use only as set forth herein and in compliance with applicable law.
    2. We will only disclose Data outside our group if such disclosure is required to continue delivering emails to you based on your given consent, or when disclosure of the information is compulsory pursuant to applicable law.
    3. We may transfer or disclose Data during changes to our business structure, such as mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, sale of some or all of assets, financing, acquisition of all or a portion of our business, any similar transaction or proceeding, or steps in contemplation of such activities (e.g. due diligence).
    4. We may transfer Data to recipients as described above from countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and outside the EEA, to members of our group and Data processors in the United States, as well as other territories outside the EEA in compliance with applicable law. We ensure that the transfer is lawful and that there are appropriate security measures for Data transfer in place.

    1. We do not keep Data for any specific period, however we will not keep Data for longer than is necessary for our purposes in compliance with applicable law. In considering how long to keep Data, we take into account its relevance to our business activities and your legitimate interests.
